（注：这是原作者描述他的小米手环6被强制升级最新固件然后降级操作的全过程）

1）我安装了小米运动 5.3.0，它自动进行了手环的固件更新。

2）然后我在Notify for Mi Band App 中连接手环（选择 "小米运动已安装"）。

3）然后我开始通过 Notify for Mi Band App 进行固件更新，降级到1.0.3.22版本
（译者注：详细操作为 NF中侧边栏点击「设置」然后找到手环点击「升级」然后点击「原厂固件」然后选择「最新（source:schakal.ru)」然后下载旧版的即可）

4）在固件更新完成了1/3的时候，我卸载了小米运动，并再次使用 Notify for Mi Band App 连接 手环（选择 "小米运动未安装"）。

5）然后我进行了固件更新的的剩下 2/3和3/3部分

6）最后我可以使用Notify for Mi Band App 了

原文：

1) I installed mi fit 5.3.0, it automatically finished the rest of the firmware update.
2) then I repaired the band connection in notify app (select "mi fit installed")
3) and then I started the firmware update via notify app to downgrade to version 1.0.3.22
4) After part 1/3 of the firmware update, I uninstalled mi fit app and repaired the band connection again (select "without mi fit app installed")
5) then I installed part 2/3 and 3/3 of the firmware update
6) finally I can use notify app again 😍😍😍
