The Mitan community exchange group has currently discovered
Some group members are experiencing issues such as being unable to push ebooks from their mobile ebook apps to their watches/bands ( including but not limited to issues like failed pushes from the mobile app, app crashes, push notifications from the watch/band, or restarts after receiving the ebook ).

This post does not currently provide e-book software for Redmi Watches (of course, other e-book versions can be used if desired).
If any of the above-described situations apply
First, check if your article size exceeds 4MB (if this is the cause, please see solution 2 below) and check if the mobile app and watch/band are successfully connected! If not, please continue below.
Specific solutions:
Solution 1: For the above situations ( including but not limited to mobile app push failures, mobile app crashes, watch/band push notifications during or after receiving notifications, and other issues ), please first delete all e-book apps on the watch/band and reinstall them, then try again. Ensure the screen is always on and the mobile app is running in the foreground during the push notification process; do not exit the app, switch to a small window, or do anything else until the push is completed automatically. Also, ensure your Xiaomi Health app version is lower than 3.36 (versions higher or equal to this version cannot use the watch face customization tool for push notifications or have issues installing watch face quick apps).
If it doesn't work, try this method a few more times.

Solution 3: Try again using the mobile app and watch/band app provided in the attachment below. Before trying, uninstall the e-book app on the watch/band and ensure the mobile app is not running in the background but only on the main screen when pushing notifications. Ensure the watch and phone are properly connected ( if this doesn't work, try this method several times ). Please install according to your specific watch/band device. Although all Vela apps are compatible with almost all quick apps on Xiaomi Band 8p/9/9p, Watch S3/S4/S4s, Redmi Watch 4/5, etc., I do not recommend directly installing quick apps from other devices onto devices not specifically developed for that device (it's possible, but I will not be    responsible for any problems that occur afterward    ). The most direct way to prevent your watch/band from becoming bricked is to avoid tinkering and installing random apps! I am not responsible for any damage caused by my actions! I only provide existing community resources for everyone to use and exchange.
If you use the fitness tracker normally, it shouldn't become unusable, so there's no need to join a group specifically to ask about it...
If you've tried the above steps and the problem persists, try using an e-reader on another device. If that still doesn't work, you'll just have to wait for further updates...
